Hello, I am the Founder of The Eco-Incubator. Having both traditional and global education, I now wear many hats. After receiving two degrees at the University of Georgia, I went abroad to earn a culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London. I then went on to study and travel the world to over 60 different countries learning about food cultivation and healing techniques. While abroad I discovered a very simple truth, that we are not as different as we think we are and that food, in addition to how we treat ourselves and each other has more of an impact on our lives than the majority of things we are taught in traditional schools. I returned to the U.S.A. to continue my education earning a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and certification in both Orthomolecular Nutrition (food as medicine) and as a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner.
